Review for Zou Zou in Dubai Hills Mall.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zou Zou, a charming Turkish restaurant offering a delightful selection of traditional dishes. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic meal.
We started with the hummus, which was smooth, creamy, and perfectly seasoned—just the right balance of flavors. The mixed grill was an absolute highlight, featuring tender, flavorful cuts of lamb, chicken, and beef, all grilled to perfection. The lamb shank, cooked to fall-off-the-bone tenderness, was another standout dish that left us all thoroughly satisfied. Each bite of the meat was infused with the rich, aromatic spices of Turkish cuisine.
What truly made our experience memorable, however, was the exceptional service. Our waiter, Bassim, was outstanding. He was engaging, attentive, and genuinely took the time to connect with each member of our family, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. His warm, personable approach made us feel right at home, and his recommendations were spot-on.
Overall, the combination of delicious food, impeccable service, and a friendly atmosphere makes Zou Zou a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Turkish cuisine. A big thank you to Bassim for making our experience even more special. We will...
Read moreZouzou at Dubai Hills Mall offers a truly regal Turkish breakfast experience, blending elegance with an explosion of flavors. The ambiance is warm and inviting, setting the perfect stage for a lavish morning spread that tantalizes the taste buds.
The Royal Breakfast Spread is an absolute delight, featuring a variety of cheeses, olives, fresh bread, honeycomb, and traditional Turkish delights. What makes this even more special is the familiar depth of spices found in Indian cuisine. The menemen (Turkish-style scrambled eggs) carries the comfort of Indian masala omelets, bursting with the richness of tomatoes, peppers, and a touch of heat. The sucuk (spiced Turkish sausage) has a flavor profile akin to Indian seekh kebabs, with warming spices that remind one of home-cooked flavors.
The freshly baked simit pairs beautifully with the honeycomb and clotted cream, much like an Indian sheermaal or naan with malai. Even their flavored teas hold a resemblance to Indian masala chai, offering that same comforting warmth with a subtle aromatic spice.
With impeccable service and an unforgettable spread, Zouzou isn’t just about breakfast—it’s an experience that brings together flavors from across cultures. Whether you’re craving Turkish elegance or the warmth of Indian-inspired spices, this is the perfect place to indulge. Highly...
